Herman Miller Inc. cant figure out how to sue to protect its intellectual property (IP). It's products (high end executive office furniture) as well as those of other company's is being faked (often badly) in 2nd life. The crumby models are thought to reflect poorly on the IP holder. Creator of 2nd life (Linden labs) claims its an ISP as as such would be immune to a lawsuit. And the avatars peddling the knock offs could be anybody. Further, sueing those who might consider themselves fans of your companies products is bad PR.

I'm sure the hysterical amongst you have closed your minds on the issue of gun control. If your so convinced that guns are all horrible and should be banned then don't read on. It will just upset you, and you probably just think less of me.
If your interested in the alternative to gun control. The alternative that has been shown to truly curb gun related crime, then I have an article for you to read. You might initially find the idea repulsive. It's a challenging concept for many. Your first impulse will be to dismiss it as counter-intuitive hysteria.
